With most things people will generally be 10 times more motivated when they are angry about something to express their emotions then, than to express their emotions in a review when they are feeling neutral or somewhat positive. So all these negative reviews to my best guess is a symptom of that need to express negative reviews before a positive review or experience, which probably occurred many times for each single bad experience. I used to use Bell taxis and Eagle taxi before ironically named "Value" cab bought eagle cabs out. So now I use the Peter pan taxis from the top of the Whiterock road when I need a private taxi and the drivers have been lovely and I have only had good experiences so far. don't be so concerned of a "negative" experience of someone who probably called for a taxi at 8:30am and there was an uncontrollable traffic accident outside etc. and that might cause delays.
